ABA Written Orders

STEP 1

Obtain an autism diagnosis from a clinical provider. This evaluation is usually completed by a developmental pediatrician or clinical psychologist.

STEP 2

Email us at our HIPAA-compliant information@woodhullcounseling.com with your request for an ABA Written Order. We will email a link to our system.

STEP 3

Complete intake paperwork in our system. Please have your child’s insurance information and their diagnostic report ready for upload into our HIPAA-compliant system.

STEP 4

Use our system to pick a day and time that works for you. Your child must be present for the appointment. Telehealth appointments are available for all clients in Pennsylvania.

STEP 5

Use the link provided to join the appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule. The appointment will include an interview with you and an observation of your child.

STEP 6

Your order will be available for download within 48 hours. You can take it to any ABA provider. If you need adjustments to your written order, please email us for another appointment.

STEP 7

Remember, parenting an autistic child comes with more challenges (and joys!) than other parenting. We are also available to you, the parent, for ongoing counseling. Please reach out if you feel this service would benefit you.
